• 资格

  学生 may be eligible if the service member served at least 90 aggregate days on active duty after September 10, 2001 and were:

  • 现役

  • Honorably discharged from the active duty

  • Retired from active duty or placed on the temporary disability retired list

  • Honorably released from active duty and transferred to the Reserves

  • Title 10 active duty supporting named contingency operations

  • Title 32 service for the purpose of organizing, administering, recruiting, instructing or training the National Guard

  • Title 32 service under section 502(f) for the purpose of responding to a national 紧急

  • Honorably discharged from active duty for a service-connected disability and served 30 continuous days after September 10, 2001.

• 资格期限

  资格 for the 9/11后的GI法案® is 15 years from the last period of active duty of at least 90 consecutive days. If the service member was released for a service-connected disability after at least 30 days of continuous service, eligibility may be up to 也是15年.

• 转移ring to Dependents

  The 9/11后的GI法案® including the 黄丝带 Program may be transferred to dependents if the service member is still 现役军人 and 100% eligible. 服役人员 may have to serve additional years of service to meet the requirements. 这个过程 可以从…开始 eBenefits.

  The monthly housing allowance (呸) is equal to the basic allowance for housing payable to a military E-5 with dependents in the same zip code as your 学校 (80639). 呸 will only pay for the dates of the term enrolled. For example: if the fall term begins on August 26th, you should be paid for 5 days of housing for the month of August. 呸 is paid directly to students.

  呸 is also calculated by how many credits the student is enrolled in. 如果注册 in 12+ undergrad credits (9+ credits for graduate studies), the student may receive 呸 100%. Any less is pro rated and rounded. Example: Enrolled in 9 credits for undergrad is 75%, which means that the student may receive 80% of the 呸 rate. 学生 enrolled below half time are not eligible for 呸 and graduate 学校 rates do not 认识3/4的时间.
