Catching an Uber

I am thrilled to share that I recently graduated from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Administration, along with a minor in Business Administration.

My time at UNC was truly transformative, and I am grateful for the valuable skills and experiences that have prepared me for the next phase of my life. As a marketing and fan engagement intern for UNC 体育运动, I had the opportunity to contribute to multiple marketing campaigns and create engaging content that resonated with our fans. These experiences taught me the importance of effective communication, creativity, and attention to detail in building a strong brand.

Additionally, serving as the President of the UNC Club Swimming Team was a highlight of my time at UNC, and I am proud to have led such a talented and dedicated group of individuals.

I am beyond excited to share that I have landed a job as an Account Representative 在超级. This opportunity allows me to combine my passion for people with my interest in business and marketing. As an active ambassador of Uber Eats, I am committed to creating positive and impactful first impressions with potential restaurant partners. I work tirelessly to establish strong and sustainable partnerships that benefit both 方. Through effective communication, negotiation, and implementation of best practices, I am confident in my ability to foster long-term relationships with our restaurant partners. I am grateful for the support of my fellow alumni, and I am excited to see what the future holds.

Thank you for your continued support and Go Bears!

Upon my graduation I moved to Denver and taught in Denver Public Schools until 2000. As I retired, I was honored and humbled to be chosen as Who’s Who Among America’s 老师. Subsequently, I was inducted into the Colorado Springs High School-Palmer High School 校友 Hall of Fame. That was a most honorable and humbling experience.

In 1973, I was awarded a master’s degree in Journalism, after which I taught for eight 年. The last 11 年 of my career I was the coordinator of Gifted and Talented, primarily focusing on Odyssey of the Mind, a team competition for creative problem 解决. During my career, I was also involved with creating and establishing Denver Area Youth Services. Following which I served many 年 as a board member including as treasurer, vice president and president. I retired from the board in 2018. 同时, I served on the first anti-gang task force — a collaboration between Denver Police Department and Denver Public Schools.

In closing, I conclude by stating that the education I received from Colorado State College, now University of Northern Colorado, prepared and propelled me to a unique and magical career. I am married to 莎莉 and the father of Nicole and Erica. 他们 have distinguished themselves as a biologists and an early childhood teacher. 莎莉 is also a retired teacher having had a distinguished career.
